Founded in 2020 by Jimmy B Pandita, the company emerged from a deep personal conviction that traditional education systems often fall short in preparing individuals for real-world challenges. Jimmy B Pandita, the visionary behind “Shehjar, Inspire & Mentor“, was deeply influenced by the mentors in his own life. As someone who navigated multiple career paths and industries, he experienced first-hand the profound impact that guidance, encouragement, and mentorship can have on personal growth. Inspired by the desire to give back, he created “Shehjar, Inspire & Mentor” with the mission to be that source of clarity, empowerment, and direction for others.
The idea for “Shehjar, Inspire & Mentor” crystallized during a time when Jimmy recognized a common struggle across workplaces and communities: people were often unsure of their next steps, lacked confidence in their skills, or were disconnected from their potential. Starting small, Jimmy began mentoring a few individuals on weekends. The immediate feedback and success stories confirmed what he already believed that mentorship, when done right, could be a transformative force. This personal mission soon grew into an organizational movement, giving birth to “Shehjar, Inspire & Mentor“.
In the early days, the company faced the typical startup hurdles building a curriculum, finding the right mentors, and gaining trust. However, Jimmy’s unwavering belief in human potential and his commitment to authentic relationships helped “Shehjar, Inspire & Mentor” carve a niche in the mentorship and personal development space.
